While we cherish the global reach of our virtual sessions, we also offer unique, in-person experiences every Sunday night at the Zen Life Healing Center in Queen Creek. Join our intimate 60-minute Group Breathwork session at 6:30 PM and our soul-soothing Yoga Nidra session at 7:45 PM. These local gatherings are a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and experience the collective energy of group healing.
