How It Works

Guided Imagery sessions begin with creativing a safe, supportive environment for you to relax and open up to change. Through gentle guidance, you'll enter a state of focused concentration, where the conscious mind takes a step back, allowing direct access to the subconscious mind. 

This state enables us to introduce positive suggestions and imagery tailored to your specific goals and needs, facilitating deep healing and transformation from within. 

What to Expect

Your first session will be an exploratory experience, where we'll discuss your goals and introduce you to the process. No special preparation is needed. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Weekly Yoga Nidra in Queen Creek

Join us Sunday nights at 7:30pm for a 45-minute Yoga Nidra experience at Zen Life Healing Center in Queen Creek! Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a deeply meditative practice that guides you to the deepest levels of relaxation in that space between wakefulness and sleep.
